日本代购-スタイル：Bière Acide au fruit（フルーツを使った酸味のあるビール） 樽で熟成させた混合発酵ビールをブレンドし、フランボワーズを加えてマセラシオンしています。 ほどよい酸味と素敵なフルーティーさを併せ持つビールですが、甘さはなくドライな仕上がりなので食中酒としても飲んでいただけま す。ビールの苦味が好きではない方にもぜひオススメしたい! サクリレージュのご紹介 サクリレージュは、将来有望な5人の⻘年たちの物語です。屋号は日本語にすると冒涜という意味で、エチケットはオリジナルの絵に対して落書きのように絵を重ねたものを採用 しています。そして、彼らの中には今までの形に捉われないロックな考え方、生き方がベースにあるようです。始まりは2015年モンペリエにパブ「La Barbote」をジャン、レミ、エ ドゥアールの3人で開きました。その後、レオとの出会いが彼らの人生の本当の分岐点となりました。レオが合流して2021年にビール醸造所サクリレージュを設立し、最後にジョ アンが加わりました。まだ設立して間もないですが、すでにクラフトビール愛好家も垂涎のさまざまなオリジナルビールを醸造しています。 サクリレージュの醸造所はモンペリエ郊外にあり、他のビール醸造所「Brewing Bears」と150m2を超える広さのバー「Le Reservoir」が併設されており、醸造所のすぐ隣で ビールを楽しむことができます。 サクリレージュの特徴はエチケットに書いてある通りビエール・ヴィヴァント(活きたビール)で、俗に言うワイルドエールです。混合発酵および自然発酵、樽での熟成に命を捧げ ています。土着酵母を使ったラスティックなセゾンビールやワインを造った後のブドウの搾りかすを使用したビールも醸造しております。彼らはより高みを目指すために積極的に設 備投資も行っており、2022年には酵母の活性を促進させることができるクールシップも導入しております。日本で導入しているところはほとんどないくらい珍しい設備です。⻨汁 を冷却する際に空気に触れる表面積が広くなる為、空気中に存在する酵母も取り込むことができると言います。常にユニークで本格的なビールを醸造することに惜しみなく力を 注いでいます。冷却後のビール⻨汁はワインやウイスキーに使用されていた樽に移されます。ビールは最低でも1〜3年間発酵および熟成されます。この方法により、ワイルドで 複雑なビールを製造することが可能になります。ベルギーのランビックスタイルの本格的なビールです。 現在、醸造所には約250の樽があります。これらの樽を使用して自家製酵母を発酵させることで、自然派で酸味のある独特のビールを作ることができます。新しいフレーバー の探求も行っており、フルーツやスパイスを加えての開発にも意欲的です。 【輸入元資料より】 フランス・ラングドッグのビールです。
