日本代购-※こちらは協力インポーターより仕入れのため通常よりも1~2営業日余分に発送までお時間を頂戴する場合があります。オレゴンで最も売れているワインのひとつであるアクロバットシリーズは、オレゴンのピノ・ノワールとピノ・グリを最高の品質で手作りするという決意の元に生まれました。カジュアルな食事や集まりにも誠実なワインをペアリングして欲しいという情熱がアクロバットのコアにあります。アクロバットは、私たちの生活もあらゆる面で調和するワインとして、常に気軽に選んでいただけるものとして存在します。アクロバットは、オレゴン州西部の美しい丘や谷で、サステイナブルに目を向けて、職人的に造られています。2022年はフレッシュで素晴らしい出来です。洋ナシ、パッションフルーツのフルーツの香りが前面に広がると、淡い緑色系のメロンの香りが好奇心を湧き立て、口中にまで届きます。気持ちのよいミネラル感と素晴らしくバランスのとれた酸味がミディアムボディの口当たりをまろやかにし、爽快で溌溂とした余韻を残します。2022年はチャレンジの多い年でありながら、素晴らしい生育期間となった事で記憶に残るでしょう。4月の霜はウィラメットヴァレーの北部の畑に影響を残しましたが、それにもかかわらずブドウの収穫量は予想より多くなりました。9月と10月は喜ばしい事に温暖で乾燥し、ブドウは収穫前に最適な成熟度に達しました。収穫は2021年より遅い時期に開始し、9月下旬から10月中旬に終了しました。品種の特徴を保ちながらも、収穫後すぐにプレスする事によって果皮からの抽出を最小限に保ちます。その後ジュースはステンレスタンクにて数週間、発酵を行います。酸と糖、そしてアルコールのバランスが取れたところで、氷点下に近い温度までワインの温度を下げ発酵を終えます。エステル香とフレッシュさを残すため発酵の後はすぐにボトリングします。アクロバットはオレゴン第2位の生産量を誇り、またアメリカで最大のバイオダイナミック認定の畑をもつキング・エステートのワインとして2009年に誕生。2016年にはオレゴンワインとして初めてその年のベストバイ・ワイン100の第1位に選ばれました。その後2018年にブランドのオーナーは変わりましたが、今もキング・エステートを含むオレゴンのウィラメット・ヴァレー、アンプクア・ヴァレー、ローグ・ヴァレーという西部の3つの代表的なAVAのブドウを使用しています。それぞれの畑とAVAには明確な特徴があり、独自のフレーバーをもたらします。このような多様な地理的選択は意図的に行われ、アクロバットワインにオレゴン州のバランスの取れた味わいを与えています。アクロバットはオレゴンのピノ・ノワールとピノ・グリを「カジュアル」「誠実」「信頼できる」ワインとして最高品質で手造りした努力の結晶です。そこには気の置けない楽しいパーティやいつもの食卓にこそピュアなワインを合わせたいという気持ちがあります。アクロバットはこのようなシチュエーションに常にマッチするワインなのです。バランスの良いワインがアクロバットのスタートからの目標であり、オレゴンの名だたる生産地の複雑さと純粋なフレーバーを皆さんにお届けしてきました。アクロバットを定義するのは、この親しみやすいピュアさなのです。私たちは、ハッピーなワインがハッピーな人を作ると信じています。
