日本代购-■サイズ：約直径25.5×H17cm 　　　 　 (持ち手までの高さ：約30cm) ■重さ：約485g ■素材：淡竹、孟宗竹 ■原産国：日本製・国産網代蓋付きの飯籠これぞ、伝統と匠の飯籠です。竹細工職人だった父親の仕事を横目に見ながら、小さい頃から竹に親しんできた熟練の技。強さと美しさを併せ持つ竹編みから本物の迫力がにじみ出るようです。昔ながら竹職人山に分け入り、竹を伐りだして籠を編む。ずっと昔から続けてきた竹職人の暮らし、代々受け継ぐ竹包丁。そんな毎日の中から生み出される本物があります。時間職人磨きの竹ヒゴで編まれる竹籠は特別な清々しさを感じます。この美しい風合いはご使用頂く中でだんだんと色合が飴色に変わり、更に深みのある色合いになって一生手放せない愛着のわく竹籠となるのです。違う編み方の古い飯籠に新しく磨きの竹蓋をつけてみました。色合いはこんなに異なるのに、もともとは同じ色合いの竹、経年変化によりこんな重厚感のある渋い風格を醸し出します。磨き本体の竹編みは淡竹（はちく）を使い、竹表皮部分を薄く剥いで磨き、細かく割って緻密な竹ヒゴにして端正な細工に仕上げています。持ち手しっかりした持ち応えのある持ち手は、身の厚い孟宗竹で作られます。網代蓋竹表皮を薄く剥いだ磨きの竹ヒゴと、身部分の竹ヒゴの色合いの違いを上手く活用して編み込んだ美しい模様が特徴的です。底部分竹籠を裏返してみると身の厚い孟宗竹で取った丈夫な竹が6本も交差しています。このような、厚み、幅ともしっかりとした竹が芯にあってこそ、このような堅牢な飯籠が生まれるのです。竹を編んで作った高足は通気性がよく、安定感も増す職人さんの知恵です。磨かれ続けて今ずっと作られ、使われ続けきた飯籠。代々受け継がれてきた長い製作の中で、鍛えられ、磨かれてきた逸品なのです。濡らした布巾を敷いてご飯を詰める通気性の良い布巾を準備します。一度水で濡らして、しっかりと硬く絞ります。飯籠の中へ直接ご飯を入れる方もいらっしゃるようですが、布巾を敷くことでご飯粒が竹ヒゴの間に詰まらず、お手入れも簡単に済みます。また、ご飯から出る蒸気を吸いとってくれるのです。蒸れずに美味しいご飯を入れ終わったら蓋をして、風通しの良い場所に置くか、持ち手をかけてつるしておきます。そうすることで、冷めても美味しいご飯が出来上がります。サイズ天然素材を手作りしておりますので、形や色目、大きさが写真と若干違う場合があります。 ※お手入れ方法 日常のお手入れは堅く絞った布などで軽く拭く程度にしてください。汚れがひどい場合にはサッと手早く水洗いして、完全に水分をふき取ったあと、直射日光をさけて風通しのよい場所で十二分に乾燥させてください。浸け置き洗いや食器洗い機などのご使用は絶対にお避けください。 ※保管方法 保管の際には直射日光を避け、風通しの良い場所でお願いいたします。ビニール袋など通気性の悪いものにいれての保管はカビの原因となりますのでご注意ください。※丁寧にヒゴ取りして編まれていますが、細い竹の毛羽立ちが出ている場合がございますのでお取り扱いにはご注意ください。
