日本代购-※当店はワインのヴィンテージ、エチケットデザインの管理は行っておりません。 ヴィンテージに関しましては都度お問い合わせください。 瓶の形、エチケットデザインは予告なく変更になる場合があります。 ------------------------------------------------- 肉厚でとろりとした味わいで飲みやすいデイリーワインにおすすめの品種。 ～当店ソムリエコメント～ イタリアワインの魅力の一つが20州全てでワインが造られていること。それぞれの州によって土着品種があること。ほかにもたくさんの魅力はありますがイタリアワインを楽しんでもらう中で一つの物差しになれればと思い土着品種ごとに特集を組みました。グリッロは、シチリア州で主に栽培されている土着品種。大きめの柑橘系の花の香り。トロピカルフルーツを思わせるアロマと完熟した果実味のバランスが良い味わいが特徴。肉厚でとろりとした味わいで飲みやすいデイリーワインにおすすめの品種。 商品名称:Zabu Grillo ●産地: イタリア/シチリア州 ●内容量: 750ml ●生産者: ヴィニエティ　ザブ ●アルコール度数: 12.5% ●タイプ: 白 ●品種: グリッロ100％ ●熟成:ステンレスタンクで3～4ヵ月 ●香り:さわやかな花の香りと一緒に、エキゾチックな果実の香りが感じられる ワイナリー情報 「土着品種と国際品種」　ザブでは、土着品種に力を入れているが、シャルドネ、シラー、メルロは、シチリアで高いポテンシャルを持つため、一部ですが栽培している。 「葡萄の買取り」　買取り葡萄は、地元のパートナー契約する共同組合のメンバーの畑から、ファルネーゼが独自に契約した区画のものだけを使用している。葡萄の買取りは、収穫した葡萄の重さに対して代金を支払うのが一般的だが、アブルッツォでファルネーゼが行っているのと同様に、区画に対して支払う。収量が減っても収入は減らないため、選定、間引きなどを躊躇なく行うことが出来る。契約した農家は、ザブの成長を自らの誇りととらえている。 「充実の醸造設備」　ワイン造りは、共同組合で行っている。醸造設備は、主に組合のものを使用しているが、クロスフロー　フィルターなどファルネーゼが持ち込んだものもある。セラー内には古いコンクリートタンクがあり、主にワインの保管、マロラクティック発酵に使用している。ステンレスタンクより長期保存に向いており、ワインのフルーティさを残すことが可能。また、セラーの壁は1m程のぶ厚いコンクリートで出来ていて、気温が一定に保たれる。白の醸造用タンクは屋外、赤用はセラー内にあり、温度はコンピューターで制御されており、オフィスで常に確認出来る状態になっている。酸化を防ぐために、窒素を充填させて醸造を行う。 「ザブの名前」　　ザブの名前は、かつてアラブ人が統治していた頃の町の呼び名サンブーカ　ディ　ザブットにちなんで付けている。
