日本代购-●商品説明 原料　　陶器 サイズ　長径160×短径155×高32mm 製造地　中国福建省壺承（黒陶） hu chneg / こしょう 茶壺を置く台 皿と台が分離するタイプ 軟らかい光沢の黒で 様々な茶壺に合います   黒い陶器の壺承 名前の通り茶壺を置く茶道具が壺承です。簡単に言ってしまえば、水がこぼれたときにそれを受ける皿で、干泡法でお茶を淹れる際に多く用いられる茶道具です。干泡法では茶盤のように湯を茶壺にかけたりはせず、壺承は多少のこぼれをうけたり、優雅な雰囲気作りのために使われます。 また、壺承は、紫砂壺にお茶をかけて経年の変化を楽しむ、養壺を行う際にもお使いいただけます。 材質は軟らかい光沢の黒い陶器で、紫砂、白磁など様々な材質の茶壺に馴染みます。   干泡法について 干泡法の干は乾いたという意味で、最近多く見られるようになったお茶の淹れ方。台湾から取り入れられたとも日本の影響だとも言われていますが、茶盤を使って茶壺にお湯をかけたりふんだんにお湯を使う方法に対して生まれた言葉です。お湯をこぼすことなくそれでいて優雅さを保ったお茶の淹れ方として広まっています。厳密に言えば、緑茶や雲南の紅茶など100度の熱湯でなくても良いお茶に向いていると言われています。 ほとんどの茶器は干泡法でもそのまま使えます。最大の特徴は茶盤を使わないこと。簡単に一般的な一通りの手順を書くと、備具、潔具、賞茶、投茶、洗茶、泡茶、奉茶、収具となります。 備具は道具を使用できる状態に並べます。 潔具は茶器を洗うこと。茶洗などの道具にお湯をためて六君子茶道具の茶ばさみで杯を挟んで洗ったり、茶壺お湯を注ぎ、それを茶海、杯に注ぎ、次いで、水孟やバケツに捨てる。机の下であれば竹やプラスチックのバケツ、机の上であれば水孟などと呼ばれる水をためておく深皿に捨てます。 賞茶では茶荷などに茶葉を入れてお客様にお見せします。 投茶は茶壺に茶葉を入れること。六君子茶道具などそのままお使いいただけます。 洗茶では、お湯を注いでまもなく茶海・杯へ移しそれを水孟へ。茶葉を洗うというより、茶葉を開いて美味しいお茶が出る状態にします。 泡茶、泡というのは淹れることです。お湯を注いで茶葉に応じた時間置いてから茶海に移し、それぞれの杯に注ぎます。 奉茶はお客様にお出しする、収具は片付けです。     中国茶をあまり知らない方のため、当店で商品をお買い上げの方すべてに中国式のお茶の淹れ方や茶器を紹介したリーフレットを同封しています。はじめての方や贈り物にされる方もご安心ください。 サイズ 長径160×短径155×高32mm 製造地 福建省 茶壺はセットではありません。
