日本代购-キャストアイアンケトル　商品説明 材質 鋳鉄（外面：天然漆焼付仕上げ、内面：釜焼き仕上げ）【釜焼き仕上げとは】約900度の炭火で約ことにより、四三酸化鉄の皮膜を形成させて錆止めとする伝統技法です。沸かした湯には体に吸収されやすい二価鉄が豊富に含まれ、鉄分補給に効果的です。 満水容量 約1.35L サイズ W20×D16.5×H17cm 重量 約2.0kg 生産国 日本（南部鉄器） ご注意 ※こちらの商品は湯沸かし用の鉄瓶となります。茶漉しは付属されておりません。※実物の質感に近い商品画像を使用しておりますが、実物とは相違が生じる場合があります。 キャストアイアンケトル　商品特長 壱鋳堂　南部鉄瓶の特長 900年の歴史を誇る岩手の伝統工芸品『南部鉄器』は素朴で温かみのある質感を持ち、使うほどに風合いが増すのが特長です。鉄瓶外面は天然漆の焼付け仕上げ、内面は伝統技法の窯焼きによる錆止めとなっています。 最初にご使用になる前に、及びご使用後のお手入れ ・鉄瓶内部を軽くすすいだ後、水を8分目まで入れ、15分程度沸騰させてください（はじめは金気でお湯が濁るので3回ほど繰り返し、沸かしたお湯が無色になってからご使用ください。） ※長期間ご使用にならない場合も、使いはじめは同様の作業を行ってください。 ・ご使用後は鉄瓶の内部に残ったお湯はそのままにせず、必ずポット等に移して空の状態にし、感想させてからしまってください。 内部を錆び付かせてお湯が濁ってきた時 最初に軽くすすいで8分目まで水を入れ、茶さじ1杯程度の煎茶を布等に包み、空焚きに注意しながら水から15〜20分程度煮込んでください。これは煎茶に含まれるタンニンと鉄分の化学反応を利用した金気止めの方法です。この作業を2〜3回繰り返すとさらに効果があります。その後軽くすすぎ、お湯を1〜2回沸かしてからご使用ください。 ご使用上のご注意 ・ご使用中、ご使用後は鉄瓶本体が高温となりますので火傷にご注意ください。 ・お子様の手の届かない場所でご使用及び保管をしてください。 ・高所に保管する場合は、落下にご注意ください。 ・長期間ご使用にならない場合は、十分に水気を取り除いてから乾燥しているところに保管してください。 ・内面は決して手をかけないようにしてください。洗剤やスポンジ等でお手入れすると、錆止めの酸化皮膜が取り除かれてしまうことがあり、錆の原因となります。 ・水の量は8分目までとし、満水ではご使用にならないでください。 ・鉄瓶の底から炎がはみ出るくらいの強い火力でのご使用は危険ですのでお止めください。 ・沸騰すると注ぎ口からお湯が吹き出ることがあります。火力を長セルしながらご使用ください。 ・高温の状態から急激に冷却すると、割れやヒビが発生することがありますのでご注意ください。 ・電子レンジではご使用になれません。 ・食器洗い乾燥機ではご使用にならないでください。
