日本代购-0.549haほどの畑から造られる希少なキュヴェ。フィネスとエレガントさを備えた厚みのある味わいで、長い余韻が楽しめます！ 名門ドメーヌ ド・ラ・ロマネ・コンティ（DRC）の共同経営者であるオベール・ド・ヴィレーヌ氏がDRCの経営を継ぐ前の1971年に設立したドメーヌです。ド・ヴィレーヌ氏はDRCの経営を継ぐ以前、父親から「自分の力でドメーヌを興してみなさい」という指示を受け、自らのワイン造りに挑戦します。その舞台として選んだのが、ブルゴーニュワインの本場コート・ドールを外れた、コート・シャロネーズ地区最北に位置するブーズロン村でした。 村の名をAOCに冠することさえ許されていなかったという貧しい村でしたが、ド・ヴィレーヌ氏が、その土地のテロワールとアリゴテの相性を見出し、素晴らしいワインを仕立てはじめると一躍、「ブーズロンAC」 はアリゴテ種唯一の村名ACとして認められ、ドメーヌ・ド・ヴィレーヌはアリゴテ種の個性と魅力を世界に知らしめたワイナリーとしてその名を広く知られるようになりました。現在は、ド・ヴィレーヌ氏の甥であるピエール・ド・ブノワ氏が主体となりワイン造りを行っています。 「リュリー 1er グレシニー ブラン」は、2011年から借りている0.549haの畑の樹齢約80年のヴィエイユヴィーニュから造られる希少なキュヴェです。2011年は霜の影響で造れず、2012年がファーストヴィンテージ。桃やアプリコットなどの果実と白い花の香りが繊細でエレガント。厚みがあり、長い余韻が楽しめます。 ■テクニカル情報■ 栽培：ビオロジック農法を実践し、1986年にカリテ・フランスの認証を受けています。選定を厳しく行い、芽かきやグリーンハーヴェストを行っています。テロワールに忠実なワインを造るために、収量をAOCの規定よりも20%低く抑えています。収穫はすべて手摘みで、厳しい選果を行っています。 醸造：自然酵母で発酵させ、熟成はワインにより、大樽、オーク樽、タンクを使い分けます。オーク樽の使用は最小限にし、テロワールとブドウの微妙なニュアンスを表現しています。 DOMANE DE VILLAINE Rully 1er Cru Gresigny Blanc ドメーヌ・ド・ヴィレーヌ リュリー プルミエ・クリュ グレシニーブラン 生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・シャロネーズ リュリー 原産地呼称：AOC. RULLY ぶどう品種：シャルドネ 100% アルコール度数：14.5% 味わい：白ワイン 辛口Domaine de VILLAINE　/　ドメーヌ・ド・ヴィレーヌ あのDRCのオーナーが生み出す芳醇で力強い、究極のアリゴテ！ ドメーヌ・ド・ヴィレーヌは、ドメーヌ・ド・ラ・ロマネ・コンティの共同経営者であるオベール・ド・ヴィレーヌが、妻のパメラとともにコート・シャロネーズのブーズロンに展開するドメーヌ。 ブーズロンは中世の昔、クリュニーのベネディクト派修道会によりブドウ栽培が行われた歴史をもち、とりわけアリゴテの産地として名高い。コート・ドールではシャルドネよりも格下にとらえられがちなアリゴテだが、ここブーズロンでは高貴品種とみなされており、98年、アリゴテを唯一の品種として認める村名ブーズロンAOCが誕生した（同じエリアで造られたシャルドネやピノ・ノワールは地方名AOCのブルゴーニュ・コート・シャロネーズになる）。 この新アペラシオンの制定をINAOに強く働きかけたのが、誰あろうオベール・ド・ヴィレーヌなのだ。 ドメーヌは標高270〜350mの斜面に合計21haの畑をもち、そのうち9haがブーズロンのアリゴテ。 このアリゴテはアリゴテ・ドレと呼ばれるクローンであり、コート・ドールで一般的なアリゴテ・ヴェールと異なり糖度が高く、香りも華やかとされる。 ドメーヌでは86年からビオロジック栽培を実践し、現在は一部の畑でビオディナミ農法も実践。97年にカリテ・フランスの認証を取得している。 ほかにコート・シャロネーズの赤と白、メルキュレイとリュリー、さらにサントネイにも畑をもつ。 醸造法はじつに伝統的。アリゴテは大樽で発酵、熟成。その他のシャルドネから造られる白ワインも大樽と小樽を併用して醸造し、新樽は一切使わない。赤ワインは木桶で発酵ののち小樽で熟成させるが、やはり新樽率はゼロである。 現在、ド・ヴィレーヌはオーナーとなり、ドメーヌの切り盛りをしているのは甥のピエール・ド・ブノワ。 ドメーヌの後継者として活躍している。2015年ヴィンテージより、Domaine A. et P de VILLAINEからDomaine de VILLAINEとしてリリースしている。
