日本代购-※ラベルにシワ等あるものがございます。希少アイテムのため代替品等はありません。ご承知おきの上お買い求めください。 「コート・ド・ボーヌのワインの花」と呼ばれるポマールのブドウから造られたオスピス・ド・ボーヌ！ オスピス・ド・ボーヌは、寄進された畑のワインを毎年11月の第3日曜日のオークションで売ることで運営されていいます。1443年、大法官ニコラ・ロランによって医療と擁護の施設である慈善院オスピス・ド・ボーヌが創設されました。寄進された畑のワインを毎年11月の第3日曜日の競売会で売ることで運営されていいます。現在では寄進された畑も60haを超え、ブルゴーニュにおける一大ドメーヌとなっています。毎年行われる、ワインオークションからの利益は、医療機器の最新化、快適にするための施設の改善と歴史的遺産の保護にすべて寄進されています。 「ポマール キュヴェ・ビヤルデ」のブドウが作られるポマールの赤ワインは、中世の頃から「コート・ド・ボーヌのワインの花」と呼ばれ、ブルゴーニュワインの代表格としてその名が知られておりボーヌに次いで生産量が多いアペラシオンです。レ・グラン・セプノをはじめとする28の1級畑と村名ワインから、濃厚な色合いと豊富なタンニン、そして素朴で開放的な雰囲気が特徴の赤ワインが造られています。こちらのワインはフィリップ・ブシャールによって瓶詰めされています。 フィリップ・ブシャールは、1950年よりランスにてシャンパンハウスを開業しワインに携わり始め、1977年よりブルゴーニュに拡張。現在はフランスの大手ワイングループであるグラン・シェ・ド・フランスの傘下となっています。ムルソーに本拠を構え、テロワール、気候の知識に長けており、広範囲に渡るブルゴーニュのワインを手掛けます。ブルゴーニュ随一の生産量とクオリティを誇るブランドの地位を確立した大規模生産者です。 Hospice de Beaune Pommard Cuvee Billardet / Philippe Bouchard オスピス・ド・ボーヌ ポマール キュヴェ・ビヤルデ 生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・ド・ボーヌ ポマール 原産地呼称：AOC. POMMARD ぶどう品種：ピノ・ノワール 100% アルコール度数：14.0% 味わい：赤ワイン 辛口 ミディアムボディHOSPICES DE BEAUNE　/　オスピス ド ボーヌ1443年8月4日(フィリップ善良公の財務長官であった)ニコラ・ロランがこの世を去るに際して、財産をすべて換金し、貧者の面倒をみる病院を建てる費用にあてるよう言い残した。かくして施療院は1451年に完工し、のちにオテル・デューとして有名になるが、地域の病院や老人、貧民を介護し、住宅を提供した。オテル・デューとその周辺の建物はオスピス・ド・ボーヌ(ボーヌの施療院)と呼ばれたが、多くの地主から何世紀にも渡ってこのオスピスはブドウ畑を寄進され、その益に浴したのである。つまり、寄進された畑産ワインの売上からあがる利益がオスピスの運営に用立てられる。これまで寄進者が多数にのぼったので現在ではオスピス・ド・ボーヌは58haの畑を所有している。土地はすべてコート・ド・ボーヌにあるが、1977年に寄進されたコート・ド・ニュイはマジ・シャンベルタンの1.5haの小区画だけが例外である。出来たワインはすべて11月の第3日曜日に慈善競売会にかけられる。この週末は明けても暮れてもブルゴーニュ、とりわけオスピス・ド・ボーヌを祝う盛大なお祭りとなる。この競売では、流通、販売業者側の評価とブルゴーニュ生産者の値付けの思惑とが交錯して、最新ヴィンテージを評価するひとつのバロメーターとなる。オスピスのワインは1977年にアンドレ・ポルシュレ氏が発酵から販売に至までの育成管理の任に当たって以来、じつに申し分がない。まず収穫を適度に抑える為にぶどうの剪定を厳しく行い、さらに肥料や農薬の量も厳格に制限し、新樽は100％使用、最大限度の風味と濃度とを抽き出すために3週間以上にも渡って浸漬を行う。現在はぶどうの腐敗の程度や、出来具合いしだいで4分の1から3分の1の果梗が付け加えられる。ポルシュレはドメーヌ・ルロワでワインづくりを担当するため1987年にここを辞任し、ブリュレ氏と交替した。オスピスのワインのスタイルは誰しも変えて欲しくはないところだが、ワインの質はブドウ樹の栽培と育成管理の任に当たる個人によって左右されることは間違いない。ブリュレ氏はポルシュレほど才能に恵まれていないと、一般に考えられている。1977年以前はオスピス・ワインの大半は不出来な代物で、畑の実力が反映されなかった。ワインは収穫後数ヵ月で樽ごと売られ、買い手(通常はブルゴーニュの大手ネゴシアン)のセラーに移された。質を求める者にとって事態はややこしくて、というのも落札したワインをきちんと面倒をみるかどうかはネゴシアン次第だったから。しかし1977年以来ワインの品質に確たる根拠をもって文句を付ける人はほとんどいない。とはいえ批判はやまず、なかでもイギリス人のアントニー・ハンスンが著した『バーガンディー』(1982年)において、オスピスのワインに矛先が向けられたが、これはもはやあてはまらない。ただ私も疑問に思うのは、1984年のような軽量級のヴィンテージにも100％オークの新樽を使っていること。えてしてぶどう畑の個性が抹殺され、沈黙を強いる結果になってしまう。オスピス・ド・ボーヌは、ほぼ80年代のヴィンテージを通じて素晴らしい出来栄えで、83年には腐敗果の味がでない様に100％除梗した。おかげで失敗者が少なくないこの悲惨なヴィンテージにも、ワインは非常な成功を収めた。オスピスで競売後の全てのワインの行く末を見届けるのは難しいが、赤ワインについて問題なく最高の価格を付けるものは次のキュヴェである。ここ数年、赤ワインの最高落札価格はオスピス唯一のコート・ド・ニュイ産であるマジ・シャンベルタン・マドレーヌ・コリニョンであった。白ワインはコルトン・シャルルマーニュ・フランソワーズ・ド・サランがいつも最高価格で落札される。　　　　　　　　　　　　　ブルゴーニュ　ロバート・M・パーカー著より注（現在、コート・ド・ニュイで、1991年の寄進でクロ・ド・ラ・ロシュでキュヴェ・ジョルジュ・クリテールが2番目のオスピス・ド・ボーヌの所有の畑となっています。）
