日本代购-豊かな香りとしっかりした凝縮感。女性的な性格を持つエレガントな赤ワイン！ ヴォーヌ・ロマネの名門ジャン＆ジャニーヌ グロ夫妻の長女アンヌ・フランソワーズ グロとポマールのパラン家13代目のフランソワ パランが1988年に結婚し、ドメーヌを設立。1988年にグロ夫妻が引退する際に子供3人で畑を分割して継承した畑と、パラン家から継承した畑を合わせて約10haの畑から始め、その後サヴィニー・レ・ボーヌなどの畑を増やし、現在は約14ha所有しています。エチケットには各テロワールの特徴と娘たちの顔を元に考えられた女性の顔が描かれています。2013年からは息子のマティアスと娘のカロリーヌがドメーヌを引継いでいます。 ブドウの濃縮感、凝縮感をあえて高める果汁濃縮機を利用しないナチュラルなスタイルでワインを造っており、熟成は全て樽にて12-18ヵ月間でです。新樽率は村名、プルミエ・クリュで50-70%、グラン・クリュは100%。樽はより複雑味を持たせるために、トロンセ産、フォンテーヌブロー産、ベルトランジュ産など様々な産地の樽を組み合わせます。こうして造られるワインは、まさにラベルの雰囲気そのもので、一見細身で美しく、しかし芯に強さがあるエレガントなワインに仕上がります。 「サヴィニ・レ・ボーヌ クロ・デ・ゲット」は、1995年から所有する0.66haの区画。北向きで、熟すのに比較的時間を要する為、このドメーヌでは最も遅く収穫されます。カシスのように小さなブドウができ、ワインに豊かな香りとしっかりした凝縮感をもたらします。 サクランボ、カシス、木イチゴのエレガントな香り。タンニンがきめ細かく、酸が控えめ。女性的な性格を持つワインです。 Dommaine Anne Francoise Gros Savigny Les Beaune 1er Clos Des Guettes ドメーヌ・アンヌ・フランソワーズ・グロ サヴィニ・レ・ボーヌ クロ・デ・ゲット 生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・ド・ボーヌ サヴィニー・レ・ボーヌ 原産地呼称：AOC. SAVIGNY LES BEAUNE ぶどう品種：ピノ・ノワール 100% アルコール度数：13% 味わい：赤ワイン 辛口 ミディアムボディAnne-Francoise Gros　/　アンヌ・フランソワーズ グロ 150余年の歴史を誇るヴォーヌ・ロマネの名門、グロ一族 ヴォーヌ・ロマネの名門ジャン＆ジャニーヌ グロ夫妻の長女アンヌ・フランソワーズ グロとポマールのパラン家13代目のフランソワ パランが1988年に結婚し、ドメーヌを設立。1988年にグロ夫妻が引退する際に子供3人で畑を分割して継承した畑と、パラン家から継承した畑を合わせて約10haの畑から始め、その後サヴィニー・レ・ボーヌなどの畑を増やし、現在は約14ha所有しています。エチケットには各テロワールの特徴と娘たちの顔を元に考えられた女性の顔が描かれています。2013年からは息子のマティアスと娘のカロリーヌがドメーヌを引継いでいます。 ■醸造ついて■ かつて醸造設備はヴォーヌ・ロマネとポマールに分散していましたが1997年にどの畑からも保冷トラックと高速道路を使えば20分以内に運べる好立地、ボーヌ中心部に集約しました。 『醸造設備やセラーは清潔であるべき』というポリシーから畑作業のトラクターや備品類は全て畑近くで保管・管理。2008年には冷房施設を一新する等、大規模改装を行い醸造～保管までの一括管理をしています。収穫されたブドウはステンレスタンク、木桶、コンクリートタンクを併用し発酵・醸しを行います。 以前は100%除梗していましたが、アペラシオンやヴィンテージの個性に応じて一部全房も使用。風味や色を抽出するため、低温マセラシオンを行い、その後アルコール発酵を行います。アペラシオンやワインのストラクチャーに応じてピジャージュやルモンタージュに加え、果汁を一旦他の容器に移してから戻す、デレスタージュを行います。その後地下の熟成庫へはワインへのストレスを避けるためポンプを使わずグラヴィティ(重力)で移動。 樽熟成は12‐18ヶ月、新樽率を近年では以前より下げており、20VINではレジョナルで20%、村名・1級で20‐50%、特級で50‐80%新樽を使用しています。また一部ガラスで造られ、樽の影響を受けないワイングローヴも使用して熟成させています。 ■畑の特徴を表現するエレガントなラベル■ 各テロワールの特徴とアンヌ・フランソワーズの愛娘、カロリーヌとロザリーの表情を元に、サンギーヌ技法(赤系色のチョークタッチ)の人物画家であるマリ・ポール ドヴィール・シャブロールと共同で考案。『ブルゴーニュの偉大さ、クラシックさ、エレガントさ』を表現しており、現在はラベルが有名になり美術書に掲載されたり、ワインコレクターに「全ての顔を揃えたい」と言われるなど、好評を博しています。
