日本代购-1620年創立の由緒あるヴォーヌ・ロマネを代表する造り手「モンジャール・ミュニュレ」！ ブルゴーニュのヴォーヌ・ロマネに本拠地をもつドメーヌ。1941年創立ですが、18世紀の終わり頃から一族は9代にわたってワイン造りを開始し、コート・ド・ニュイからコート・ド・ボーヌまで広く畑を所有しています。現当主は8代目、ヴァンサン・モンジャール。既存畑の維持だけでなく、更なる規模拡大にも力を入れており、積極的に畑の購入を進めています。現在所有している畑は、エシェゾー(最大の所有者)、グラン・エシェゾー(2位の所有者)、クロ・ド・ヴージョ、レ・スショなど総合面積は33ha。アペラシオンの数は35にものぼります。伝統的な手法を頑固に守りつつ、力強く芳醇で、長寿自慢の素晴らしいワインが生まれます。 「クロ・ド・ヴージョ グラン・クリュ」は、クロの中でも絶好の上部と中部に併せて0.6ヘクタールを所有。グラン・クリュはエシェゾーを除き、新樽100パーセントで熟成される。 特に親交のある17の生産者達と毎年自分のワインができたらそれぞれ持ち寄ってブラインドテイスティングするそうです。 トップ5はいつも変わらないらしい。もちろんモンジャールもそのひとつ。メオ・カミュゼもその会に参加している一人。 調和のとれた、まろやかでフルボディの、肉付きの良い、キビキビしたエレガントなワインで、深紅のダークルビー色をしています。ブーケは非常に芳香が強く、濃厚な赤と黒の果実（チェリー、ブラックベリー、カシス）、バニラとスパイス、下草、スミレ、そして熟成により毛皮のアロマが凝縮されています。口に含むと、この豊かで肉付きのよいワインは、繊細なタンニン、まろやかさ、控えめな酸味のバランスがよく、そのアロマの持続性は非常に長いです。 ■テクニカル情報■ 醸造・栽培、熟成(樽【新樽率】/タンク)：100%新樽、瓶詰め時のフィルターの有無：なし、所有面積：62a、ぶどう品種(セパージュ)：Pinot Noir 100%、平均樹齢：45-50年、収穫方法：手摘み DOMAINE MONGEARD MUGNERET CLOS DE VOUGEOT GRAND CRU ドメーヌ・モンジャール・ミュニュレ クロ・ド・ヴージョ グラン・クリュ 生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・ド・ニュイ ヴージョ 原産地呼称：AOC. CLOS DE VOUGEOT ぶどう品種：ピノ・ノワール 100% アルコール度数：14.0% 味わい：赤ワイン 辛口 ミディアムボディ ■2002年ヴィンテージの感想です■ 17℃前後で抜栓、少し冷やしたが、今度は中々開かないのでグラン・クリュクラスのグラスに入れ掌で包みスワリングを繰り返した。少し紫がかった濃いガーネット、赤い花、プラム、黒いベリー、柘榴、ブラックチェリー、赤身肉、炙った肉、レザー、黒胡椒、杜松の実(ジョニパーベリー)、セロリ、オレガノ、タイム、ナツメグ、メース、ベルガモット、ローズヒップ、バニラ、黒い土、思ったより高い温度が良さそうだ。綺麗な花、甘く凝縮された黒系のフルーツの香りがまず 飛びこんできた。次にしっかりとした肉・革系の味わいだが、炙ったというかローストしたような雰囲気も感じられる。とても肉厚で凝縮され、どっしりとしたコクとボディを持っている。 更に、様々なハーブ達、特にこれの特徴は黒胡椒・杜松の実・ローズヒップが際立っていること。それらが、肉・革系と良くマッチし実に重厚で味わい深いワインを形作っている。そして、クロ・ヴージョらしい黒い土のニュアンス。根本がしっかりしているからこそこのような姿になるのだろう。しかし花・甘い果実から来る華やかで軽やかな雰囲気を纏いながら、どっしりと腰を落ち着け地に足を付けたような安定感と充実感を持っている。軽やかだが、重い。二律背反するものを持っている。時間が経つと華やかさに柔らかさとエレガントさが加わり実に見事なバランスになってきた。やはり時間を掛けてじっくりと楽しんで頂ければ堪らないほどの姿を見せてくれる。本当にこれはとても丁寧に造られた素晴らしいワインだ。もの凄い評価が付くと思います。H17.06.04モンジャール・ミュニュレ / MONGEARD MUGNERET エシェゾー、グランゼシェゾーはDRCに次ぐ規模。 33ヘクタールの畑を所有する大ドメーヌ！ ディジョンからボーヌへと向かう街道沿い、ヴォーヌ・ロマネの入り口に「ル・リシュブール」というホテルレストランがある。このホテルを経営しているのが、村でも有数の大ドメーヌ、モンジャール・ミュニュレである。 モンジャールの姓は17世紀の初め、1620年頃からブルゴーニュで見られ、代々ブドウ栽培を生業としてきた家系である。 現当主ヴァンサン・モンジャールの父、ヴォーヌ・ロマネ村の村長も務めたジャンの時代にドメーヌは大きく成長。さらにヴァンサンが拡大し、現在、ブドウ畑の面積は33ha。 北はマルサネから南はサヴィニー・レ・ボーヌまで35のアペラシオンに散らばっている。ちょっとしたネゴシアン並みの規模だ。 リシュブールも所有するとはいえ、このドメーヌの華はなんといってもエシェゾーとグランゼシェゾー。それぞれ2.6ha、1.44haという面積は、ドメーヌ・ド・ラ・ロマネ・コンティに次ぐ広さだ。 前者はエシェゾー・デュ・デュス、ルージュ・デュ・バ、レ・トゥルーの3つの区画に分かれるが、1929年に植樹したルージュ・デュ・バのブドウはすべてエシェゾー・ヴィエイユ・ヴィーニュとして瓶詰めされる。レ・トゥルーはエシェゾーでも最下部にあるので肉付きがよく豊満な一方で複雑味に欠けると、ヴァンサンはいう。ちなみにこの区画のワインは全量アメリカ向け。 日本向けのエシェゾーはもっとも優れたワインを生むとされるエシェゾー・デュ・デュスのものなので安心されたし。 除梗率はクリマとヴィンテージによって異なり、相対的にエシェゾー・ヴィエイユ・ヴィーニュやグランゼシェゾーはエシェゾーよりも全房の比率が高い。それもあって、とくにグランゼシェゾーは構造のしっかりした筋肉質のワインとなる。 ブドウ栽培では2003年から一部の畑（ニュイ・サン・ジョルジュ1級ブード、ヴォーヌ・ロマネ1級シュショ、プティ・モン、それに全特級クリマ）でビオロジック農法を始めている。それ以外の畑はリュット・レゾネだが、これだけ広範囲にわたる畑を農薬に頼らず耕作するのは大変なことだろう。 父ジャンの時代、このドメーヌのワインは新樽の香りが顕著に感じられたものが、近年のワインは樽香が果実味の中にきれいに溶け込み、洗練さを増している。価格的にリーズナブルで質の高い特級畑のワインを探している人に、安心して薦められるのがこのドメーヌのエシェゾーだ。 ヴァンサン氏と奥様との3ショット ヴァンサン氏・後継者のアレクサンドラ氏と ■2023年10月07日 モンジャール・ミュニュレ訪問しました！■
