BOURGOGNE ぶどう品種：ピノ・ノワール 100% アルコール度数：12.5% 味わい：赤ワイン 辛口 ミディアムボディ 【ご注意】こちらのワインはコルクが脆くなっているものがございます。ご承知おきの上、お買い求めください。 現地でのセラーでの湿度が高いことと、液面がコルクに触れている時間が長かったことなどから、コルクが脆くなっているものがございます。抜栓の際は、十分に注意をして抜栓してください。 万が一、コルクが折れたり、落ちてしまった場合は、コーヒーフィルターや茶こしを使用し、コルクの破片も取り除き、新しくデキャンタなどの容器に移すことをお勧めいたします。 【古酒について、当店からのお願い】 オールドヴィンテージのワインは必ず休息させることが必要です。休ませずに抜栓してしまうと本来の味わいは全く表れてきません。商品到着後、最低でも2週間は休ませてください。 ●古酒特有のボトル傷や汚れがございます。 ●澱がございますので、商品到着後はボトルを立てた状態で、澱が沈み落ち着くまで休息させてから(最低でも1か月、出来れば2カ月以上)抜栓してください。 ●熟成による色調の変化（白ワインは黄金色に、赤ワインはレンガ色に）や、香り、味わいが複雑に変化している可能性があります。これらは古酒の特徴です。 熟成されたワイン(古酒)ですのでボトルバリエーション等ございます。それをご理解頂いた上でのご購入をお願い致します。Patrick Clerget　/　パトリック・クレルジェうまいブルゴーニュの白で最もお買い得なアペラシオンはどこかと訊かれて、サン・トーバンを挙げる方は多いでしょう。石灰質土壌に由来するたっぷりとしたミネラルの風味。いわばモンラッシェ系の弟分。1930年頃サン・トーバン村に創業したこのドメーヌは、1993年、諸々の事情ですべての畑を売却して廃業しました。当時のモーリス・クレルジェさんが造ったワインの在庫は、ネゴシアンを経営する息子のパトリック・クレルジェさんにそのまま引き継がれ、以来、彼がサン・トーバン村の真っ暗な地下セラーに大切に貯蔵して販売しているものです。看板作品の「プルミエ・クリュ・レ・フリオンヌ」は、村に近いいわゆる”純サン・トーバン”側の斜面にあり、こってりとした完熟果実の風味とミネラルに溢れたワインを生む名畑。白の古酒は特に好みが分かれるとは思いますが、クレルジェの古酒の熟成状態は完璧で、複雑な旨みと香ばしさが充満しています。すべて、（当時は極めて珍しかった）新樽率50%で熟成させたがゆえの、長期熟成品です。
