日本代购-ブルゴーニュのテロワールを知り尽くす鬼才ルシアン・ル・モワンヌがローヌに設立したワイナリー。 ブルゴーニュのテロワールを知り尽くすマイクロ・ネゴシアン「ルシアン・ル・モワンヌ」のムニール氏と妻のロテム女史が、ピノ・ノワールと同様、テロワールを忠実に表すとしてほれ込んだぶどうが「グルナッシュ」です。ブルゴーニュのピノ・ノワールを追求してきたサウマ氏は、グルナッシュに新たな可能性を感じ、シャトーヌフ・デュ・パプのテロワールを表現しようと「ロテム＆ムニール・サウマ」を設立しました。 このシャトーヌフ・デュ・パプでは、自らが畑を購入し、栽培から醸造、熟成・瓶詰まで、一貫してワインを造っています。彼らがこだわり抜いて造るシャトーヌフ・デュ・パプは非常にクオリティが高く、その味わいの良さを裏付けるようにデカンター誌やワイン・スペクテーター誌、ワイン・アドヴォケイト誌など権威ある評価誌にて常に高評価を獲得しています。 「コート・デュ・ローヌ・ヴィラージュ ブラン イノピア」は、シャトーヌフ・デュ・パプのオランジュ村に位置する畑のブドウを使用します。ワイン名である「イノピア」はラテン語で「無からの創造」という意味で、「何もなかった荒れ果てた地から造られた」という元々の土地本来のイメージを表現しています。 ブレンドは主にグルナッシュ・ブランで、ルーサンヌ、マルサンヌ、ブールブーラン、クレレット、ヴィオニエのブドウが少し加わります。柑橘類、花のノートと活気に満ちた香り。味わいは、風味とストラクチャーの強さ、そして美しくバランスの取れたフレッシュさが続きます。 ROTEM & MOUNIR SAOUMA COTES DU RHONE VILLAGE BLANC INOPIA (LUCIEN LE MOINE) ロテム&ムニール・サウマ コート・デュ・ローヌ・ヴィラージュ ブラン イノピア (ルシアン・ル・モワンヌ) 生産地：フランス ローヌ 南ローヌ 原産地呼称：AOC. COTES DU RHONE VILLAGE ぶどう品種：グルナッシュ・ブラン、クレレット、ブールブーラン、マルサンヌ、ルーサンヌ アルコール度数：14% 味わい：白ワイン 辛口LUCIEN LE MOINE　/　ルシアン・ル・モワンヌ ユニークで情熱的、異彩を放つブルゴーニュNo.1ネゴシアン。 「ルシアン・ル・モワンヌ」は、1999年にムニール・サウマ氏と妻のロテム氏によってボーヌの中心街に設立されたネゴシアン。 当主のサウマ氏は、もとはシトー派(利酒騎士団とも言われるテロワール研究の祖)の僧侶だったそうですが、その中でブルゴーニュワインに開眼し、モンペリエのENSAM校でブドウ栽培と醸造学を修め、フランス各地のワイナリーやさらにカリフォルニアでワイン造りを学びました。 また、妻のロテム氏はチーズ農家出身で、ENESAD校でワイン造りを中心とした農業について多くを学び、卒業時のコート・ドールのワインについての研究論文は、フランス農業アカデミーのナショナル・プライズを受賞したそうです。 そしてその後、夫と同じくブルゴーニュとカリフォルニアでワイン造りの経験を積み、サウマ氏と共に「ルシアン・ル・モワンヌ」を立ち上げたのです。 サウマ氏のブルゴーニュワインへの造詣は並々ならぬものだそうで、アペラシオン全域の知識をごく詳細かつ体系的に理解している人物として、多くのブルゴーニュ生産者たちから敬意の念を抱かれているそうです。 自社畑は持たず、一流ドメーヌが所有する特級、一級畑のみで造られたワインを樽で購入し、熟成、瓶詰めを行うという「ネゴシアン方式」でワインを生み出していますが、畑の所有者名は一切公表されていないものの、その名を知らぬ者は無いような錚々たる名門ドメーヌばかりが名を連ねているとのこと。 リリースしているワインはコート・ドール全域にわたり、グラン・エシェゾー、リシュブール、ロマネ・サン・ヴィヴァン、モンラッシェなど、素晴らしい銘醸畑が顔を揃えているとのことで、『ワイン・アドヴォケイト』でも「ムニール・サウマ氏は短期間で最も優れたネゴシアンの一つを作りあげた」と称賛されています。
