日本代购-ウィラメット ヴァレーの「Yamhill-Carlton AVA（ヤムヒル カールトン）」に所有する「Bishop Creek（ビショップ クリーク）」の葡萄を中心に「Eola-Amity Hills AVA（エオラ アミティ ヒルズ）」、「McMinnville AVA（マクミンヴィル）」、「Dundee Hills AVA（ダンディー ヒルズ）」という4つのAVAの葡萄を使用。それぞれ特徴のある8～10区画の葡萄を混ぜて新樽率33%で醸造されます。上記のシングル ヴィンヤード ワインよりもチャーミングで飲みやすい味わいです。2016年のピノ・ノワールは、淡いルビー紫から中程度の色合いで、温かみのある赤と黒のチェリーとクランベリーの香りに加え、砕いたブルーベリー、シナモンスティック、シャルキュトリー、下草の香りがします。ライトボディからミディアムボディで、口に含むと温かみのある赤と黒のフルーツの凝縮感があり、土っぽくてスパイシーな層があり、柔らかく粒状のタンニンとたっぷりのフレッシュさがあり、余韻が長く続きます。 ≪パーカーポイント　90点！≫2016 Nicolas Jay Pinot Noir The Wine Advocate RP 90Reviewed by:Erin BrooksDrink Date:2018 - 2022The 2016 Pinot Noir is pale to medium ruby-purple in color with a nose of warm red and black cherries and cranberry plus touches of crushed blueberries, cinnamon stick, charcuterie and underbrush.
