日本代购-2022年マチュア ヴァイン リースリングは、白檀とサフラン、保存された柑橘類の層、チーズクロス、洋梨のドロップ、青リンゴ、塩水が香るスパイシーでエキゾチックな香りです。口に含むと、ワインの質感は柔らかく、織り目が粗く、冷えたバタートーストとリンゴの皮のふっくらとした味わいです。複雑でまるで万華鏡のようなワインです。 当主のニック・ミルズはビオディナミ農法を推進しつつ、微生物単位で管理した独自の堆肥で畑を潤しています。成熟したぶどう樹は根毛が岩盤に侵食し、地中のミネラルを果実に満たしています。このリースリングは、アプリコットやラ・フランスの華やかな香りとライムパイの様な淡いフレーバーが若いうちから愉しめつつ、セラーで8年以上寝かしてからも期待ができます。 ≪パーカーポイント　93点！≫ 2022 Rippon Mature Vine Riesling The Wine Advocate RP 93 Reviewed by:Erin Larkin Release Price:NA Drink Date:2023 - 2032 The 2022 Mature Vine Riesling is spicy and exotic on the nose, with sandalwood and saffron, layers of preserved citrus, cheesecloth, pear drop, green apple and brine. In the mouth, the wine is texturally soft and open-weave, with a plush, plump palate of cold buttered toast and apple skins. Complex and kaleidoscopic. 12.5% alcohol, sealed under Diam. The vineyard was planted in 1987 to 2000, mostly on its own roots. The vines are unirrigated, biodynamically farmed and hand-harvested. The grapes are crushed underfoot and the skins soaked for 24 hours, then everything is pressed and fermented using ambient wild ferments in the lie-down fermenters, with no adjustments, and then it stays on lees unsulfured for three months. A small "sweet aromatic reserve" is pulled out early and fermented cold, kept with some residual sugar and then added back in prior to bottling.
