日本代购-スタッグス リープ ワイン セラーズ 1976年パリスの審判と呼ばれるフランス対カリフォルニアのテイスティングで見事1位に輝いたのがSLWCの樹齢たった3年のワイン。 「歴史的瞬間」として、ワイン界を震撼させたワイナリー。 カリフォルニアワインの黎明期に、その真価を世界に知らしめた元祖スーパーワイン。 スタッグス・リープ・ワイン・セラーズは1972年、スーヴェラン、ロバート・モンダヴィ・ワイナリーで研鑽を積んだウォレン・ウィニアルスキ氏によって設立されたワイナリーです。 設立のきっかけは、ウォレン氏が独立のために畑を探している際に出会ったネイサン・フェイ氏の造ったワインとの出会いでした。 ウォレン氏がそのワインに感銘を受けて、1970年に購入したフェイ・ヴィンヤードに隣接する畑こそが、今や伝説となったS.L.V.なのです。 ファースト・ヴィンテージは1973年。 このヴィンテージのスタッグス・リープ・ワイン・セラーズ・カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンは、 アカデミー・デュ・ヴァン主催のブラインド・テイスティングにおいて5大シャトーなどの著名なワインをおさえ見事1位を獲得しました。 「カリフォルニアのワインは、ワインですらない」と言われていた時代にあって、カリフォルニアワインの真価と、銘醸地となりうるのが伝統国だけではないことを世界に知らしめます。 2007年よりサン ミッシェル ワイン エステーツとマルケージ アンティノリが共同で所有を開始。世界でも評価されるアメリカを代表するワイナリーの一つです。 “STAG’S LEAP”とは、stag=牡鹿、leap=飛ぶで、ネイティブ アメリカンがこの地で生活していた時代、狩猟で追い込んだ牡鹿が谷を飛び越え逃れたという逸話に由来しています。 エチケットにも描かれている牡鹿は「勇気・雄々しさ・躍動感」の象徴で、ワインのスタイルも表現しています。 ＜1976年 パリ・テイスティング＞ 1976年5月、アメリカ独立200年を記念して、フランス　パリのインターコンチネンタルホテルで行われました。 この試飲会のテーマはカリフォルニアワインVSフランスワイン。 審査員となったのは、フランスワイン業界の重鎮9名の審査員。 ブドウ品種を揃え赤はカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、白はシャルドネで執り行われたテイスティング。 結果は、フランスの格付けシャトーや超一流のフランスのトップ生産者を押しのけ、1位に輝いたのは 白ワインはカリフォルニア産の　シャトーモンテレーナ 赤ワインはカリフォルニア産の　スタッグスリープ　が見事1位に輝きました。 この結果は「パリスの審判」と題され、世界を震撼させました。 当時、「ワインですらない」とさえ言われたカリフォルニアワインが起こした、このセンセーショナルな事件は、スタッグス・リープ・ワイン・セラーズをプレミアムワインの仲間入りさせただけでなく、世界中のワイン生産者が国の垣根を越え切磋琢磨する機会を与え、ワイン産業をよりグローバルなものに変化させました。 1976年パリスの審判と呼ばれるフランス対カリフォルニアのテイスティングで見事1位に輝いたのがSLWCの樹齢たった3年のワイン。 「歴史的瞬間」として、ワイン界を震撼させました。 自然の力を応用した病虫害対策においてカリフォルニアで第一人者と言われているカーク グレイスが栽培責任者として区画毎に畑の管理を行っています。 醸造所はグラヴィティシステムを採用。 熟したラズベリー、ブラックチェリーなどの香りに、ほのかなナツメグ。柔らかく滑らかなタンニン。 初めてカベルネフランをブレンドしたヴィンテージになり、フランはブルーベリーのアクセントを与えます。 ※商品画像はイメージです。 入荷時によりラベル、デザイン、ヴィンテージ、などが実物と異なる場合がございます。 ※別店舗と並行して販売いたしております。 在庫の管理には注意を払っておりますが、別店舗との売り違いにより売り切れの場合がございます。 何卒ご了承の上、ご購入頂きますようお願い申し上げます。 ※ブレンド比率や他詳細データ（輸入元提供）などは掲載時点のデータです。 購入時点でのデータと異なる場合もございます。
